Sunday is cross country marathon, to include driven obstacles.

Carriage driving training weekend for drivers with their own turnout, or one they have borrowed or hired. They must be members of the Great Western Harness Club or The British Driving Society. This weekend is pick “n” mix. You can come for one or two days.

There may be a low key competition if we have sufficient participants for sat afternoon.  Training is available in 45 min slots at the cost of £20 per time.

This day will include a morning riding lesson and afternoon mounted games with an Easter Egg Hunt. Pony care training throughout the day with constant supervision.

Tarka Trail, short route. Riders must be able to canter on this 1 hour approx. ride out.

This day is dedicated to beginner and novice drivers or would be suitable as a refresher.
We will be covering harnessing and unharnessing, putting too and taking out the vehicle safely. Some guidance will be given in best and worst puchases if taking up the sport.
There will be a driving demo and the opportunity to have a go.
This day is financially supported by the Great Western Harness Club, and the local British Driving Society, hence the price of £7.50 for the day.
