For Drivers there is the opportunity to drive national standard obstacles with support and training as required. This is the ideal chance to practice before the Newnham Park 2 Day Carriage Driving event on the 11th and 12th July.

For Stewards it will be a good introduction to the sport as well as the finer points of stewarding and why it is such a crucial aspect of Carriage Driving.

A chance to explore our lovely Devon countryside and ride along the iconic Tarka Trial.

All abilities welcome, as a variety of hacks to go out during the day from walk-trot-canter to lead rein.

Morning- 10am- £10

The morning is to provide an insight into carriage driving and all that it entails. From harnessing up to carriages and the chance to have a go yourself at driving.

Afternoon- 1.30pm-£10

A workshop on training a young horse and introducing them to driving. As well as a demo of horses for sale.
