Back steppers Training and Testing

This is a 2 stage qualification for those who groom, back step or assist Carriage drivers.
The 1st stage covers what to do when helping out exercising as well as harnessing up, carriage care etc. also how to back step at indoor driving events.
The 2nd stage covers outdoor driving events including timing, moving the vehicle etc.
This is useful knowledge for new drivers as well as helpers.
